Michael Fayez Black is an Australian businessman, media personality and author, and one of the world’s youngest and most successful franchisors. He bootstrapped Success Tutoring out of his parents’ home in Bossley Park and grew it into a global franchise, turning a teenager’s tutoring side-hustle into an international education brand.
His model is simple and radical: bring the energy and accessibility of a gym to tutoring. Students walk in, feel motivated and learn at their own pace with personal coaching, on a flexible membership built around the national curriculum.
Beyond Success Tutoring he founded Black Franchise Group, home to Mind Gym and Inlane Driving School, and wrote Millionaire Tutor, the blueprint that has helped hundreds of people leave their day jobs. To relax, he flies stunt planes.
